We would like to introduce a detection case using the visual inspection system "NuLMiL." It can be applied to detect sand particle contamination in shellfish and seaweed. By clearly capturing sand particles of about 0.2mm using an X-ray imaging device, we have made inspection possible. 【Challenges】 ■ We want to automate and reduce manpower for items currently inspected visually. ■ We want to find thin bones that are difficult to detect with X-rays. ■ The judgment accuracy of existing X-ray inspection devices is low. 【Verification Details】 ■ Captured images of sand particles in shellfish and seaweed under settings suitable for detection. ■ Successfully detected sand particles in shellfish and seaweed using our product. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
